From pregnancy to parenthood, our club members are on the most epic adventure of their lives. We are honoured to share their stories here - the highs, the lows and everything in between.
Our antenatal instructors open up about their lives too, and we hope you find comfort and inspiration from a community bringing new life into the world, and those supporting it along the way.
We also use this space to share moments from our special events, which are exclusively for our club members. Follow us on Instagram to keep in the know about upcoming events.
Royal Court x Bump & Baby Club
As a new parent it can be really hard to carve out time for yourself and do some of the things you loved doing before having a baby, so we were thrilled to partner up with trailblazing theatre, the Royal Court, and invite our local club members to its first ‘Babes-in-Arms’ performance - a showing of the critically acclaimed play, More Life.
Hove Postnatal Yoga & Brunch
Fifteen mums and babies joined us upstairs at Rockwater for a super uplifting morning of yoga, brunch and socialising. We don’t often get to hang out with our club members once their babies have arrived, so it was really special and so much fun spending time with this incredible bunch of women and their adorable little ones! Thank you Beth Nash for leading the wonderful class and to everyone who joined us.
New Events
We are excited to be planning a series of special events for the coming months. If you have an idea for an event for new or expectant parents, please do share it with us! We love bringing people together in gorgeous venues with delicious food and time to connect and socialise. Our special events often include some yoga / exercise or a guest speaker, but we're open to all ideas and would love to hear from you.

Our ‘1 in 1000’ baby and his special feet
