Bump & Baby Club on ITV1

Bump & Baby Club was featured on ITV1, as part of a documentary following Sheridan Smith on her journey to motherhood (Sheridan Smith: Becoming Mum).

Sheridan and her partner, Jamie, were due to join our antenatal classes in-person, then lockdown happened and they, along with thousands of expectant parents, joined us over Zoom instead. The documentary explored a topic that’s very close to our hearts – maternal mental health. As many as 1 in 3 women may experience mental health issues in pregnancy and the months that follow and we’re proud to have helped shine a light on this important issue.

Thank you to the wonderful Bump & Baby Clubbers who took part in the filming (Crouch End Class of April ‘20), including our instructor, Tori, and of course Sheridan and Jamie – it was a joy having you at our classes!
