Frequently Asked Questions

  • A couple of days before your classes begin you’ll receive your group contact list and WhatsApp link - we encourage you to join straight away and say hi to your fellow group members!

You will also receive The Bumplet, our carefully written digital booklet of information that complements the classes, as well as our pre-recorded Hypnobirthing course.

We are very happy to share access to the Hypnobirthing course earlier than this - you can access it at any point after you've booked your place so just give us a shout if you'd like to receive it.

  • In order to make up the missed material, you can access The Bumplet. After reading up and watching the videos, please reach out to your instructor if you have any questions at all, either on email or at the following session.

People usually feel up-to-speed after this but, if you feel like you're missing information, please don't hesitate to contact us and we'll work out a plan to ensure any gaps are filled. It is really important to us that you leave us feeling as ready and prepared as possible for the journey ahead.

As our courses are usually fully booked, we're unable to facilitate makeup sessions with other groups.

  • This is a group meet-up at a local pub and an important part of the Bump & Baby Club experience! It takes place without the instructor present. The date and time already is scheduled as part of your course and the venue will be confirmed closer to the time.

  • Please bring your own water or drinks. We will provide biscuits but feel free to bring your own snacks if your venue doesn't have a bar or restaurant attached.

(Venues that have a restaurant have requested that our members don't bring their own food to classes, however, if there's a particular snack that's helpful for your pregnancy or pregnancy symptoms, please do bring that along)

We encourage you to bring cushions or a pillow for comfort when seated on the chairs.

  • If you, your partner or a close contact has tested positive for covid, please don't attend the class and follow government guidance.
