Beaconsfield Antenatal Classes: Bump & Baby Club

Our antenatal classes are currently taking place at Crowne Plaza Gerrards Cross, Oxford Road, HP9 2XE
(This is a temporary club venue for us whilst we work on securing one in the heart of Beaconsfield. Our classes here are very much for Beaconsfield parents-to-be!)

What will I receive before the classes start?

A couple of days before your classes begin you’ll receive your group contact list and WhatsApp link - we encourage you to join straight away and say hi to your fellow group members!

You will also receive The Bumplet, our carefully. written digital booklet of information that complements the classes, as well as our pre-recorded Hypnobirthing course.

We are very happy to share access to the Hypnobirthing course earlier than that - just give us a shout if you'd like to receive it.

What happens if I miss a class?

In order to make up the missed material, you can access The Bumplet. After reading up and watching the videos, you're extremely welcome to reach out to your instructor if you have any questions at all, either on email or at your following session.

People usually feel up-to-speed after this but, if you feel like you're missing information, please don't hesitate to contact us and we'll work out a plan to ensure any gaps are filled. It is really important to us that you leave us feeling ready and prepared for the journey ahead.

As our courses are usually fully booked, we're unable to facilitate makeup sessions with other groups.

What are your health and safety guidelines?

Masks aren't mandatory and social distancing isn't a requirement within our classes. There is enough space for households to distance themselves from other households by at least 1m if they chose to.

We kindly ask you to be respectful of each other’s space and mindful that there may be people in the room who are more vulnerable or more cautious than you about health and safety.

We also ask you to:

- take a lateral flow test before each session, if you can

- take a lateral flow test and follow government guidance if you have symptoms of Covid

- not attend our class and follow government guidance if you, your partner or a close contact has tested positive for Covid.
