Last week we held a Supper Club for mums-to-be at the fabulous White Room in Islington. It all kicked off with mocktails and canapés on the balcony of Chef Claudia’s stunning flat, and followed with an indulgent and delicious four-course meal.
As usual it was the company that made the evening so much fun – thank you to a great group of girls for joining us!
We are really looking forward to our events next week: An open-air session of pregnancy yoga followed by mocktails at sunset (East Dulwich), and a hypnobirthing workshop and breakfast (Battersea). There are still a couple of spaces left for the Battersea event, so please do join us!
Mocktail of the Month
Claudia’s Cucumber & Elderflower Champagnes
Serves Four
Two Cucumbers
Half a lemon
Some mint leaves
Elderflower presse
Peel the cucumber and grate it coarsely, then press the juice out through a sieve. Add the juice of half a lemon and some crushed mint leaves, infuse in the fridge for a few hours. Then pour in glasses through a sieve. Top up with elderflower presse.
