This month’s pregnancy supper club in Muswell Hill was as lovely and enjoyable as ever, thanks to Chef Karen’s amazing food and a truly great bunch of girls.
As usual it was mocktails for everyone on arrival, and this time Karen went super-healthy with her appropriately titled, Greener-Kale-Ada.
It was such a hit we thought we thought we’d share the recipe with you all here (see below).
We are already planning future supper clubs with Karen at Supper On The Hill and of course other ones in the various other parts of London where our antenatal classes take place.

75ml fresh pineapple juice
5ml fresh kale juice
10ml fresh lemon or lime juice
35ml coconut waterSprig of basil to serve
If it’s not sweet enough for your taste (dependant on the ripeness of your pineapple), you can add a squeeze of agave syrup.
