It’s been one year since we launched our antenatal classes at JW3 in West Hampstead / Hampstead, and we’re so proud that hundreds of local expectant parents have passed through our doors.
For me, one of the loveliest things about living and working in West Hampstead is regularly bumping into the people who’ve attended our course and seeing their rapidly-changing little ones. It’s great to hear that our groups are sticking together long after their babies have arrived, and I believe the network of new parents in our area is now stronger than ever before.
To celebrate our JW3 birthday, we’re holding a special event for mums-to-be: a pregnancy yoga class taught by West Hampstead’s number one pregnancy yoga instructor, Bec Minor, followed by an afternoon tea at local pride and joy, Bake-a-Boo. Everyone will be treated to finger sandwiches, scones with jam and cream, mini brownies, a fruit platter and a selection of loose teas, yum!
There’s no need to have taken yoga before and of course no need to know anyone else going – as with all of our events, meeting new people is really the whole point!
Our last pregnancy yoga special event (in Crouch End) sold out pretty quickly, so if you’re expecting a baby and fancy a fun and relaxing afternoon, please book your place before it’s too late!
